EHS_SD_100_20_013_50 - Edit Condition Records

This IMG activity describes how you edit condition records of output type SDB for sales documents in the master data for the Sales and Distribution component.

According to your requirements, enter the following as key combinations:

• Sales Organization / Customer Number

• Sales Organization / Order Type

1. From the SAP main menu, choose Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Output -> Sales Document -> Create or Change.
2. Enter SDB as output type and confirm your entry.
3. Select the required key combination and confirm your entry. To be able to select the key combination, the access sequence must have been entered under Check Access Sequence and Condition Tables.
4. Enter your sales organization and confirm (if creating) or choose Execute (if changing).
5. According to the key combination, enter the required sales document type or customer number and confirm your entry.

The SAP system completes the default values from Customizing (function SH, transmission medium 8, send time 1, see Check Output Types).
