EHS_SR_250_01 - Specify Report Categories

In this IMG activity, you specify report categories. These group together related reports.

You have defined the required business processes in Customizing for Report Shipping under Specify Business Processes.

1. Define an organizational structure for the reports you require.
2. Define the report categories you require.

If it is to be permitted to import single reports for a report category, select the Import perm. checkbox.

Use a separate report generation variant to import single reports (transaction CG36VEN) rather than a variant that you are already using to create reports. Since the values in the Note/Supplier field can be overwritten, the system cannot determine whether the report originates from the import or report generation. This means that all of the reports linked to this report generation variant might not be assigned the correct version.
