To enhance the specification data before the reports are checked, you can use the SAP enhancement RC1A0002.

A table with all reports in a package is passed in the interface of the customer exit. Within the customer exit, you can start secondary data determination for the specifications of the reports, such as Expert. This means you can ensure that the specification data is complete before the report is checked for actual changes.
