This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Extensions for Mobile Applications Sales(RE-FX-MOB-SLS) component. You can use this BAdI to define and implement an authorization mechanism for controlling access to client (business partner) information.

This BAdI is called when a user attempts to access client information in the SAP Real Estate Broker mobile app.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

An example implementation REFX Mobile BP (EI_BADI_REMOB_BP) is available. This example implementation uses the business partner relationship between a user and a client as the criterion for judging if the user can access the information about the client

  • If a user has an Employeebusiness partner role and the business partner relationship belongs to the Responsible Employee business partner relationship category, then the user can access the information about the client.
  • When a user creates a master data record for a client in the SAP Real Estate Broker mobile app, the user is automatically assigned as the employee responsible for the client.

You can manually assign users as the employee responsible for the client in the business partner master data; then these users also have authorization to access the client information.

For information about implementing BAdIs as part of the enhancement framework, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver Platform on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/nw_platform. Choose a release and then Application Help. In SAP Library, choose SAP NetWeaver Library: Function-Oriented View -> Application Server -> Application Server ABAP -> Application Development on AS ABAP -> ABAP Customer Development -> Enhancement Framework.
