In this Customizing activity, you assign HR object types from E-Recruiting to your activity types.

You have performed the Customizing activity Define Activity Types.

SAP supports the following object types from the possible HR object types for E-Recruiting:

  • Candidate
  • Candidacy
  • Application

We recommend you assign the activity types as follows:

Activity Types HR Object
Activity Types for Talent Relationship Management Candidate
Activity Types for Application Management Application
Activity Types for Selection Process Candidacy
Activity Types for Requisition Management Requisition or Job Posting (not supported by SAP)
Activity Types for Talent Groups Talent Group (not supported by SAP)
