In this Customizing activity, you define the selection options you want to offer in order to find out where a candidate learned about your job posting.

You have performed the Customizing activity Define Application Source Categories and Assign Note Texts.

• Create a new application source by assigning an ID and storing a description for it.

• Assign a source category to each source you create. This controls which OTR text is displayed to assist the user in making an entry in a freeform text field for the application source.
