ERC_BGC_BGCPAKG - Specify Background Check Packages

For every background check package to be used, specify in this activity - per vendor - a unique identifier and text description. For each vendor package defined in the system, a corresponding background check package must be defined here. However, the name of the background check package defined here need not correspond to the vendor package name, because this information can be mapped during subsequent system configuration related to the Exchange Infrastructure (XI).
