ERC_CORRESPONDENCE - Overview

SAP provides a solution for customizing letters within correspondence activities. This is based on the Web Dynpro ABAP interface element FormattedTextEdit.

The user can adjust the content of a predefined section within the letter.

Note

The editor has only a limited number of formatting options. This means that you cannot use certain formattings when changing letter sections.

In SAP E-Recruiting, letter templates are represented using Smart Forms.

Use the following Customizing activities to create the forms for the solution used in your system and then assign the forms to the relevant activity types.
