ERC_CS_CHAN_ASG_FMT - Assign Document Formats to Output Channels

In this IMG activity, you assign document formats to output channels. In E-Recruiting, documents can be output in various formats using various output channels.

Note:

The available formats are defined by SAP.
The output channels are also defined by SAP as well as the formats you can use for the individual output channels.

• PRINTER->SSF_OTF

• E_MAIL->SSF_PDF

• FRONTEND->SSF_PDF

You want letters sent by e-mail to be sent as PDF documents.
In this case, enter the format 'SSF_PDF' for the output channel 'E_MAIL'.
