You can use this BAdI to aggregate data from archive files in SAP E-Recruiting (PA-ER) and store the results in customer-specific tables. The BAdI is called before the data in the archive files is actually destroyed.

You can use the method IF_EX_HRRCF00_DP_AGGREGATION~ADD_DATA to read the table LT_AGGREGATED_DATA (type HRP_ARCH_OBJCDATA_T), which contains the data for the selected archive file.

While implementing the BAdI, the name of the archiving object is forwarded as a filter value.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single use, or multiple uses), see the Enh. Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

  1. Create customer-specific tables to store the aggregated data.
  2. Create an implementation for aggregating and storing the data in the tables of your choice.
  3. Activate your implementation.

This BAdI is available in the enhancement spot HRRCF_DP_AGGREGATION.
