ERC_GET_REQ_APPROVER - BAdI: Determine Approver of Requisition

The Business Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF_GET_REQ_APPROVER (Determine Approver of Requisition) is used to determine automatically the approver of a requisition.

Restricted recruiters cannot release requisitions themselves and have to request the release from a recruiter with relevant authorizations.

You can use the BAdI to determine the relevant approver.

For a description of the BAdI method, see the documentation of the associated interface IF_EX_HRRCF00_GET_REQ_APPROVER.

In the standard system, the BAdI implementation HRRCF00_GET_REQUI_APPROVER (Get Approver for Requisition) is active.

The implementation determines the lead recruiter from the support team of the associated requisition and checks the recruiter’s authorizations. If the lead recruiter has the necessary authorization, this recruiter is determined as the approver. Otherwise, the BAdI does not determine an approver.

Create a user-defined implementation of the BAdI if necessary and activate the implementation.
