ERC_QACAT2ACT - Assign Categories to Activity Types

In this Customizing activity, you enter the following information:

You assign categories (Evaluable Information, Equal Employment Information) to your activity types of the activity category Questionnaire.

You identify the activity types whose questionnaires are to be integrated in the application wizard.

You identify the activity types whose assigned questionnaires are to be included in the automatic ranking of the candidate's questionnaires. Usually, these are activity types whose questionnaires are displayed in the application wizard (indicator Application Wizard is set). The system includes all questionnaires of an identified activity type on the user interface of the candidate shortlist in the Questionnaires column; the other questionnaires are included in the Feedback column.

You have performed the Customizing activity Define Activity Types.

You have performed the Customizing activity Set Up Categories.
