ERC_REF_USER - Specify Role Assignment for Reference User

In this Customizing activity, you assign roles to the reference users.

You have defined your own roles in the Customizing activity Create User Profiles.

You have defined reference users in the Customizing activity Define Roles in E-Recruiting.

To assign roles to reference users, proceed as follows:

1. Execute the activity and enter a reference user in the User input field (for example, REF_RECRUIT).
2. Choose Change.
3. Select the Role tab page.
4. Under Role Assignments in the Role column, assign a corresponding role to the reference user (for example, SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2).
5. Choose Save.

Reference user RCF_RECRUIT is assigned the role SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2.

Reference user RCF_DATA_TYP is assigned the role SAP_RCF_DATATY.
