ERC_T77RCF_MAPPIN - Specify ITF-HTML Mapping

In this Customizing activity, you assign corresponding HTML formats to the ITF (Interchange Text Format) tags that you use in the styles of your Smart Form forms. In this way, you can specify how the system converts the formatting of the Smart Form templates to HTML formatting. This is necessary as the editor for individualizing letter sections uses HTML formats.

Create assignments for each Smart Form style that you use in your Smart Form templates.

1. Enter the Style Name.
2. Enter the ITF Tags that you use in the style.
3. Assign to each of the tags the stored Tag Type.
4. Assign to each ITF Tag the desired HTML Format. Make sure that you make assignments of the same type. For example, assign only HTML formats with paragraph formats to ITF tags with paragraph formats.

Note: The system does not check your entries.

1. If the stored paragraph format contains an indent in the style, you can enter a value for the number of indents. Enter the number of permitted indents via the editor.

Note: In the standard system, the editor supports up to two indents if you enter this for the corresponding HTML paragraph format.

Enter information for all styles that your Smart Form templates use. In addition, enter information for all other formatting that FormattedTextEdit provides.
