ERC_V77RCF_ACT2CRSN - Assign Possible Confirmation Results and Reasons

In this Customizing activity, you assign to activity types of the Confirmation category the relevant confirmation results and any decision reasons. Together with the Confirmation Result, the person making the confirmation enters a Reason for Decision that explains his or her decision in more detail.

The confirmation results and reasons for decision entered here are made available to the user for selection in the relevant activities.

Note

It is not necessary to enter a reason for decision for each confirmation result.

You have performed the Customizing activity Define Activity Types to create the activities of the Confirmation category that you want to use.

You have performed the Customizing activity Define Reasons for Decision to enter the reasons that you want to assign to the relevant confirmation results of the confirmation activities.

1. Select an activity type in the Confirmation category. The system displays in the value help all possible activities.
2. Assign the desired confirmation result and - if necessary - one or more reasons for decision to the selected activity type. It is also possible not to assign a reason for decision.
