SAP E-Book

You can use this Customizing activity to define customer-defined columns for the column pool of the lists of selected candidates.

The columns defined here are then available to you later for selection in the Customizing activity Assign Columns for Candidate Shortlists.

Note
  • You can only add user-defined entries to the customer namespace without modifications. Changes to entries in the SAP namespace are modifications.

  • The customer namespace is: Y* and Z*.

  • The table is client-independent.

You have created customer-defined fields in the customer include CI_S_CDCYL. Take note of the customer namespace Y* und Z*.

Note
For technical reasons, the names of the fields in the customer include are restricted to a maximum of 16 characters.

In the standard system, SAP delivers a number of predefined columns.

  • Specify the technical names of the columns under Available Columns. Use the technical names of the fields that you stored in the customer include.
  • Assign descriptions to the technical names for displaying the columns in the lists of selected candidates.

Create an implementation of the BAdI: Customer Enhancements to Candidate Shortlist to supply the fields of the customer-defined columns with data.
