ERC_V77RCF_PRMC_PL - Assign Values to Interface Parameters

In this Customizing activity, you can assign values to parameters that affect the user interface.
In the standard system, SAP delivers the interface parameters with the following parameter values:

Notes on Parameter DISPLAY_RESUME
You can use this parameter to specify whether the original resume or the formatted resume is displayed.
The following parameter values are possible:
X: Original resume is displayed (default setting)
F: Formatted resume is displayed
Notes on Parameters Concerning Forms
You can replace the standard forms with customer-specific forms.
Notes on Parameter MAX_RDB
You can use this parameter to specify the maximum number of elements for displaying as radio buttons in a questionnaire (default setting: 5).
Notes on Parameter SEARCH_IN_ALL_LANGU
You can use this parameter to specify whether searches are possible in all languages.
The following parameter values are possible:
X: Search in all languages is possible (default setting)
' ': Search in all languages is not possible
Notes on Parameter USE_RSP
You can use this parameter to specify whether you can use the Resume Parsing functions.
The following parameter values are possible:
X: You can use the Resume Parsing functions (default setting)
' ': You cannot use the Resume Parsing functions
Note about parameter UPD_FROZEN_DOC
You use this parameter to determine whether SAP E-Recruiting will apply changes to support teams in posting documents that have already been frozen.
" ": The system does not apply changes to the support team in frozen posting documents (standard setting).
X: The system applies changes to the support team in frozen posting documents. There are two options:
- After the recruiter has made changes to the support team of a frozen requistion, the status changes to "In Process" After re-releasing the requistion, the system automatically applies the data of the new support team to all of the related posting documents.
- After the recruiting administrator has adjusted the data relating to a support team by using the application Adjust Support Teams or Adjust Support Groups, you can use the report RCF_ADJUST_FROZEN_DOCS to forward this data to all of the requisitions that use this support team as well as to the related posting documents.
Note on Parameter SHOW_CAND_STATUS
You can use this parameter to specify whether the system displays the checkboxes for the candidate status on the All tab page for the candidate shortlist or above the tab pages for the processes.
" ": The system displays the checkboxes for the candidate status on the All tab page. The selection of the status only influences the entries on this tab page. (standard setting)
X: The system displays the checkboxes for the candidate status above the tab pages. The selection of a status restricts the number of entries on all tab pages. In contrast to the default setting, the system does not display any checkboxes for the candidate status on the All tab page.
Note on Parameter FAST_RANK
You can use this parameter to specify whether SAP E-Recruiting calculates the candidate ratings for the candidate selection list at runtime or whether the ratings are stored first in database tables and then read from the tables.
" ": SAP E-Recruiting calculates the candidate ratings at runtime (standard setting)
X: SAP E-Recruiting reads the candidate ratings directy from the database tables, which results in better performance of the candidate selection list for large quantities of data.
Notes on Parameter ACT_FROM_OUTSIDE_PTL
You can use this parameter to specify whether the activity wizard displays the activities that have been created but are not part of the process template in addition to those activities from the process template. The system displays the activities under the Activities node, regardless of the process template for the process. This parameter is relevant if the user has selected the Process Template radio button in the activity wizard.
The following parameter values are possible:
X: In addition to the processes and activities from the process template, under Activities, regardless of the process template, the activity wizard displays, for each process, the activities that were not created using the process template.
' ': The activity wizard displays only those processes and activities assigned to the relevant process template (default setting).
Notes on Parameter SHOW_PRESEL_STATUS
You can use this parameter to specify whether the preselected checkboxes for the candidacy statuses In Process and To Be Hired are visible on the All tab page of the candidate shortlist. The recruiter can change the preselection. The two checkboxes supplement the checkboxes that are always visible for the statuses Withdrawn and Rejected with which the recruiter can restrict the display of assignments on the tab page.
The following parameter values are possible:
X: The checkboxes for the statuses In Process and To Be Hired are shown and preselected.
' ': The checkboxes for the statuses In Process and To Be Hired are hidden but preselected. The recruiter cannot change the preselection of these statuses.
