In this Customizing activity, you can define reasons that the recruiter can specify for a candidate if the recruiter wants to exclude the candidate from the search result.

The recruiter can exclude candidates from the search in the TRM context or in the context of the requisition. The system then does not display these candidates in the search result. The recruiter can justify the exclusion of candidates using the entries stored here.

Enter the reasons that the recruiter can enter as justification for excluding candidates from searches.
