In order for the inbound delivery monitor to be able to usefully monitor the inbound deliveries, the inbound deliveries must have a time stamp. For the system to be able to provide goods receipts with a time stamp, you must carry out the Customizing settings described below in SAP ERP.

In SAP ERP, make the following Customizing settings:

  • Execute the IMG activity Create Event Groups as follows:
In the navigation tree, choose Time segment procedures and check whether the entry described below exists. If this entry does not exist, you must create it.

In the navigation tree, choose Deadline Events and check whether the entries described below exist. If these entries do not exist, create them.

  • Execute the IMG activity Maintain Deadlines and Events as follows:
In the navigation tree, choose Times and check whether the entries described below exist. If these entries do not exist, you must create them.

  • Execute the IMG Activity Define Object Profiles as follows:
In the navigation tree, choose Maintenance of Object Profiles and check whether the following entry exists:

In the navigation tree, choose Maintenance of Individual Object Profilesand make sure that on the Hdr Data tab page the following indicators are set for the object definition VL60_ALL:
  • Screen Area Visible

  • Screen Area Expanded

  • Basic Data

  • Shipment

  • Administration

  • Texts

  • Totals Comparison

  • Partner

  • Time Stamp

  • Customer Screen
