ERWEIT-0001 - Add new book to the SAP Reference IMG

New books are put in the SAP Reference IMG so that they and their activities can be used in the project IMG and its views.

Technically, the SAP Reference IMG consists of several hypertext structures (books).

You must specify the key of the book in which you want to put the new book.

Get the key as follows:

Call the transaction SIMGH. You can display all IMG books with the search function.

To create your own IMG book, call the transaction SIMGH and choose Create. You canput structure nodes, IMG activities and other IMG books in it.

1. Call the transaction S_IMG_EXTENSION.
2. Choose the structure which you want to enhance in the search function in the structure maintenance transaction initial screen.
3. Enter an enhancement ID using the possible entries help, or create a new ID.
4. Choose Enhance structure.
5. Choose Edit->Node<> to insert a new node.
