ESFM_BADI_GVA_FACTO - BAdI: Migration of Extensions to Earmarked Funds Factory in GVA Activation
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You use this Customizing activity to it if you are already using a customer extension to the Earmarked Funds Document (EFD) Factory through an own implementation of its BAdI enhancement spot FMEF_FACTORY.
By activating (switching-on) GVA functionality, you activate a new implementation of the enhancement spot FMEF_FACTORYthat may be incompatible with your own implementation.
To avoid this incompatibility you should consider the following:
- If you created a new class that enhances class CL_FM_EF_FACTORY_PSM, you must make your new class a subclass of CL_ESFM_EF_FACTORY_GVA instead of class CL_FM_EF_FACTORY_PSM
- If you created a new class that enhances class CL_FM_EF_DOCUMENT_PSM, you must make your new class a subclass of CL_ESFM_EF_DOCUMENT_GVA instead of class CL_FM_EF_DOCUMENT_PSM
- If you created a new class that enhances class CL_FM_EF_POSITION_PSM, you must make your new class a subclass of CL_ESFM_EF_POSITION_GVA instead of class CL_FM_EF_POSITION_PSM
- If you created a new class that enhances class CL_FM_EF_VALUEADJUST, you must make your new class a subclass of CL_ESFM_EF_VALUEADJIUST_GVA instead of class CL_FM_EF_VALUEADJUST
- If necessary, reimplement your enhancements in your reassigned classes
Run this activity to activate the use of your classes when working with the Earmarked Funds Factory in a GVA switched on environment. Use the example implementation included in ESFM_ES_GVA_FACTORY_ENHas a basis for your own implementation.
