In this Customizing activity, you define the templates of reminder e-mails and notification e-mails. You send the e-mails to your employees for the following purposes:

  • Reminding them to submit the year-end adjustment (YEA) forms
  • Reminding them to attach additional documents to the YEA forms
  • Notifying them that their YEA forms have been rejected

HR administrators use the ESS-YEA: Status Management (RPASR_RPT_JP_STATUSMONITOR) report to send the reminders or notifications with the defined e-mail templates.

Define the following for the template:

  • ID of the template
  • Sequence and content of each email section

Note that you must leave the Recipient field empty. An empty Recipient field is the indicator of the e-mail template that can be used for YEA form reminders or notifications.
