ESS_PAJP_FWS_001 - Create Rule Groups

In this Customizing activity, you create the rule groups specific for the Employee Self-Service applications of Daily Work Schedule Management, and you determine how to apply these rule groups to employees in your company.

The standard system contains a standard rule group, 22000001, which you can use as the basis to create your own rule group.

1. Create rule groups as required, give them names, and assign them 8-digit numeric codes that represent the rule groups in the system.
2. Assign rule groups to the relevant employees by using the Determine Rule Group for ESS Flexible Work Schedule (22FWS).

As a follow-up activity, enter the attributes for the new rule groups in the Customizing activity Maintain Attribute for Rule Groups.
