ESS_PAJP_YEA_003 - Feature: Determine Number of Years for Form Display

In this Customizing activity, you use the Determine Number of Years for Form Display (22YYE) feature to determine the number of years. After the HR administrator approves the year-end adjustment (YEA) forms in the ESS portal, employees can open the forms to check the information. An employee can open their forms for the current year, as well as forms for previous years. The number you define in the feature determines the YEA forms displayed on the ESS portal screen.

You specify a three-digit number as the return value of the feature. From left to right, each digit specifies a number of years for a type of YEA forms:

• First digit
  Employee Income Tax and Family Dependent Tax Form

• Second digit
  Life Insurance and Spouse Tax Deduction Declaration Form

• Third digit
  Withholding Tax Statement Form

You specify a number (from 0 to 7) for each digit. Any value outside of these numbers, (for example, 8, characters, or spaces) are treated as 7.
