ESS_PAJP_YEA_004 - Feature: Determine Data Source of Address

Employee's address will be displayed on the year-end adjustment (YEA) forms. In this Customizing activity, you specify the subtype code in the feature 22ADR for a certain employee groups. The code determines from which subtype record of the Address (0006) infotype the system retrieves employees' address.

You have set 1 in this feature.

An employee has the following subtype records in the Address (0006) infotype:

1,,Permanent Residence

2,,Temporary Residence

3,,Emergency Address

Then when the employee opens the YEA forms for editing or review, the system displays the address saved in subtype 1 on the ESS portal screen.
