ESS_PAJP_YEA_005 - Feature: Determine Data Source for Marital Status

Employee's marital status (Single or Married) will be displayed on the year-end adjustment forms. In this Customizing activity, you use the feature 22SPO to specify the infotype number for employee groups in the feature. The specified infotype represents the data source of employee's marital status.

You have the following infotype options. According to the infotype number, the system performs corresponding checks to determine employee's marital status as follows:

• Personal Data - infotype 0002

Determine according to value of the Mar.Stat (Marital Status) field in the Acquired attributes section.

• Family Member/Dependents - infotype 0021

Determine according to record existence of subtype 1 (Spouse). That is, if an employee has record in subtype 1, the system verifies him or her as married; otherwise, identifies as single.
