In this Customizing activity, you determine whether employees' and their dependents' individual numbers are displayed in year-end adjustment (YEA) forms from Employee Self-Service (ESS). You do this with the ESS YEA: Determine Whether to Display Individual Numbers (22INR) feature.

When an employee opens his or her YEA forms in ESS, the system determines whether the individual number is displayed in the form based on the feature return value.

Specify one of the following values in the feature decision tree:

  • X
    The Individual Number field is left blank in the form.

  • Individual numbers are displayed.
