ESS_WDA_PAUS_W2_021 - Create Company Specific Texts for Online W-2 Selection

In this Customizing activity, you can create your own texts to be displayed in the Election for Online W-2/W-2c via Employee Self-Services. You can create texts for the Additional Information section of the details screen and for the confirmation dialog.
Choose the field of the Election for Online W-2/W-2c Employee Self-Service scenario for which you want to create your own text, and create a general text. You can also copy the default texts provided by SAP and change your copies.
Ensure that the parameter Document Class on the selection screen
of transaction Document Maintenance is set to General text.
If not then select from the value help of parameter Document Class
TX,,General Text.
You can follow the names of the general texts provided by SAP as an example.

Additionally, it is possible to use variables that will be replaced by the application at runtime. SAP provides the following variables:

The employee name will be formatted according to the format type defined for Tax Reporter (program SAPMPU19).
