In this Customizing activity you define the time period when an employee can access the Forms W-2 and W-2c via the Employee Self-Service scenario Online Forms W-2/W-2c.

Edit the UTRES feature and define the following parameters according to the needs of your company:

• ESSBEG: Defines how many days after the production run of Tax Reporter the forms shall be available in the Employee Self-Service.

If the return value is not maintained or zero, the forms will be available immediately after the generation.

• ESSEND: Defines how many days after the production run of the Tax Reporter the forms are no longer available in the Employee Self-Service.

If the return value is not maintained or zero, the forms will be available until the High date constant defined in your system.
