ESS_WDA_PERSINFO_004 - Settings for Infotypes in Decoupled Infotype Framework

The Personal Profile application uses the decoupled infotype framework. Every infotype you use in this application must be decoupled in order to run within the application. The standard SAP system contains infotypes that have already been decoupled.

In this Customizing activity, you can get an overview of the already decoupled infotypes by going to Customizing for Personnel Administration and choosing the following path: Customizing Procedures -> Infotypes -> Infotypes in Detached Infotype Framework. See the following IMG activities for examples:

• Assign Check Classes and Define Permissibilty

• Assign Check Classes for Infotype Versions

• Assign Screen Structure and Conversion Class
