In this Customizing activity, you can determine which localization-specific screens appear in the Personal Profile application.

The screens integrated into the configuration of the overview page (OVP configuration) for the Personal Profile are based on international infotype screen structures: HCMT_BSP_PA_XX_R****.

For localizations that have specific user-interface requirements, the standard system contains localization-specific screens (user interface building blocks or UIBBs). You can use the Application Configuration Controller (AppCC) to replace the international screens with localization-specific ones (for example, HCMT_BSP_PA_US_R****). The standard system contains the Web Dynpro component configuration HRESS_CC_PER_CONFIG in order to maintain these entries.

When the application is loaded, based on the end user's localization assignment, the appropriate overview and detail screens are loaded. The corresponding overview and detail screen User Interface Building Block's (UIBB's) that need to be displayed for a specific combination of Localization/Infotype/Subtype/Customer Specific Key is maintained in the application-specific configuration controller (AppCC).

For more information on replacing international screens with localization-specific ones, read the documentation of Web Dynpro component HRESS_C_PERSINFO_CONFIG.

Example

An employee in Russia (HCM Localization 33) starts the application. The correct localization-specific screen is loaded according to the entries maintained in the application-specific configuration controller (AppCC) for HCM Localization (33).
