In the following customizing activities, you customize the system to maintain different program plans and set up the seat categories based on these program plans. The seats are maintained for programs in schools. There is a main group representing each program of study in the schools and the seats are hence maintained for the main group. Main groups are associated with Program of Study in the center and School Organization Units. The seat information is maintained in the Seat Reservation (1793) infotype using PIQCOH00 transaction for the main group.
Assume that you need to find the seat information based on different program plans. The following Customizing activities can be maintained:

| Seat Grouping | You maintain different seat groupings for groups |
| Assign Seat Category to Seat Groups | You can view different group of seats available. Different seat categories can be assigned to seat groups |
| Assign Seat Groups to Program Plan | You can assign seat groups to the relevant Program Plan |
