Travel Management offers you the option to have basic values proposed by the system in dialog.

For the currency conversion from country currency to euros within the framework of the European Monetary Union, you can decide in this IMG activity, depending on the trip provision variant, which travel currency is to be determined by the system in dialog. This currency, unlike the other default values, can not be changed in dialog.

Three currency indicators are available to you for this purpose:

• The currency is determined from the company code.

Taking reference to table T001, the system determines the currency that was assigned to the company code as the accounting currency. The assignment in table T001 is not time-dependent.

• The currency is determined from the country currency.

Taking reference to table T500C, the system determines the valid country currency. This table is time-dependent.

• You define the valid travel currency in this IMG activity.

1. Choose the relevant trip provision variant.
2. Enter the principle according to which the system is to determine the travel currency.
