In loyalty management, depending on business scenario, different modes of outbound communication with the main member of a membership need to be enabled. You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to specify conditions for actions for modes of outbound communication. The actions are called at runtime.
This BAdI definition has a method EVALUATE_SCHEDULE_CONDITION, in which you can define the logic for allowing the Post Processing Framework (PPF) to evaluate the condition.
For e-mails, you have made settings in the Customizing activity Maintain Sender Addresses for E-Mail.

The main member of a loyalty program membership has e-mail as his or her preferred communication channel.
The action called for this condition is LOYALTY_BADI.
The scheduled condition is a BAdI called with filter value EMAIL.
The condition BAdI definition is EVAL_SCHEDCOND_PPF.
BAdI implementation LOY_PPF_BAdI_IMPL has the method EVALUATE_SCHEDULE_CONDITION and implementation class CL_IM_LOY_PPF_BADI_IMPL.
