In the Manage Fixed Assets app, you can create several similar main assets or several sub assets at the same time.

In this activity, you can make the following settings per asset class:

  • Per company code, you can define which fields are allowed to be changed when creating a set of similar assets. For example, you want to specify the Description and the Cost Center as changeable fields.
  • Per company code, you define at which position the column for the field appears on the maintenance screen.

  1. Select the asset class, for which you want to make the settings.
  • Specify the company code.
    To make an entry that is valid for all company codes, you can use the generic entry "*".

  • Specify the changeable fields.

  • Specify the position at which the column representing the field should appear.

  1. Save your entries.
