FAA_EC08 - Copy Reference Chart of Depreciation

In this activity, you define your charts of depreciation. The chart of depreciation determines which depreciation keys can be assigned to a chart of depreciation. You must assign the chart of depreciation to an accounting principle in the following Customizing activities:

1. Make Cross-Company Code FI-AA Settings per Accounting Principle
2. Make Company Code-Dependent FI-AA Settings per Accounting Principle

The depreciation area which is assigned to the company code and whose valuation is according to the accounting principle, can use one of the valid depreciation keys assigned to the chart of depreciation.

SAP delivers country/region-specific charts of depreciation.

Create a chart of depreciation, using either an SAP standard chart of depreciation, or your own existing chart of depreciation as a reference (Organizational unit -> Copy).
