FAGL_MCA_UPL_LAYOUT - Define Layouts for Excel Upload

You use this Customizing activity to define layouts for the MCA Excel upload.
Use the indicator "Default" when saving the default layout. The MCA Excel upload program uses the default layout to load the line items.
You may use the user commands "Change Layout...", "Select Layout ..." and "Save Layout..." to maintain the layouts used by the MCA Excel upload program.
One of the first lines of the Excel CSV file is the header line containing the technical field names of the layout. The MCA Excel upload program will load only fields shown in the default layout.
