Generally, a reorganization only considers objects for which processing has not yet been completed, that is, follow-on activities can still be performed for the objects. The reorganization ensures that such follow-on activities are performed using the new reorganization unit (for example, the new profit center).

However, it cannot be established with certainty on the basis of the processing status of purchasing documents whether any follow-on activities occur. A purchase order can already have the final invoice indicator and the delivery completed indicator but still be active, for example.

In this activity, you can specify for a specific item category of purchasing documents the period of time (in months), starting from the reorganization date and going back into the past, over which such documents are always included in the reorganization.

The date used is the date on which the document item was changed (field name: EKPO-AEDAT).

Note

The settings for this activity only apply to purchasing documents for which the deletion indicator is not active and that have one of the following document categories: Purchase order (F), scheduling agreement(L), or contract(K).

You specify a period of three months for the item category Normal. When the reorganization takes place, those items that are taken into account in the purchase order documents, for example, are those items with the category Normal that are newer than three months (as of the reorganization date) and that match the restrictions for the reorganization plan.
