FARR_CONFLI_EX - Configure Automatic Overriding for Conflict Resolution

In this Customizing activity, you can define automatic overriding for specific attributes when change conflicts occur.

The accountant can manually change certain fields of performance obligations after they are automatically created. However, the backend operational system may still request more changes to the performance obligations after the manual change. If the accountant and the backend system have changed the same field, a conflict occurs. By default, conflicts are sent to the conflict resolution worklist so the accountant can review them and decide which version to keep for each of them.

However, for conflicting changes made to certain attributes, you do not want the conflicts to be sent to the worklist for review. Instead, you always want to keep the version that comes from the backend system. In this Customizing activity, you can define the attributes for which the system automatically overrides the current value with the version from the backend system.

For attributes not included in this list, the system sends all change conflicts to the worklist for review.
