Define SSP determination Rules

In this configuration, you define the standalone selling price (SSP) based on the following conditions:

• Company Code

• Product ID

• Service Type

You cannot enter an * for any condition.

is allowed for all conditions and means ‘any’.

You define the following SSP attributes:

• SSP Calculation Type

• Currency

• Standalone Selling Price

Note:

You need to maintain the SSP Calculation Type, SSP value and Currency. The SSP cannot be negative.

You are allowed to maintain SSP = 0 with a currency.

When you process the processable order revenue accounting items (RAIs), Contract-Based Revenue Recognition finds the matching derivation row comparing the condition values with the revenue accounting items. If a matching row is found, the corresponding SSP attributes are derived. Otherwise, the corresponding SSP attributes are derived with value = .

If SSP attributes are transported from the operational document directly, the value of the SSP attributes from the operational document takes precedence over the value derived from the configuration.
