FAR_PA_EMAIL_CON - Enable Email Integration

In this Customizing activity, you can maintain the users that will be used by the email service to create payment advices from email messages.

Here is how it works:

1. A shared email folder or distribution list is set up to be used for automatic processing of payment advices.
2. The email service processes all incoming emails and creates payment advice drafts on behalf of the user configured in this Customizing activity.
   
   It also sends email attachments that contain payment advices to the machine learning service for data retrieval. The data retrieved from the email attachments is then used to fill out the payment advice drafts.
3. When the user opens the Manage Payment Advices SAP Fiori app and clicks the Load from Email button, the payment advice drafts are displayed in the app and become available for editing. The user who has clicked the Load from Email button becomes the owner of these payment advice drafts.

For changes in this Customizing activity to take effect, you must enable machine learning support for the Manage Payment Advices SAP Fiori app using the customizing activity Enable Machine Learning for Payment Advices.
