In this IMG activity, you define number groups in order to maintain your official document number ranges in the system. You can group your numbers according to your requirements.

You can divide number range 1000000 # 999999999 into several groups and allocate them to different document classes. Alternatively, you can define a single number group and allocate it to all document classes.
