FBN_NL_ADM_120 - Determine Termination Group

You can use this IMG activity to determine termination groups and using feature Type of Closing Category (TRMTY) you can close the coverage continuation period of the benefit plan.

Even if you do not wish to differentiate, you need to define a minimum of one group, which you need to assign to all employees using the TRMTY feature. This termination group could contain the code ALL.

1. Determine which termination groups you need in your organization
2. Click the "New Entry" button
3. Enter a termination group by entering a 4-character code.
4. Enter a description for the termination group
5. Set up the Type of Closing Category feature (TRMTY)
6. Save your entries
