FBN_NL_ADM_140 - Definition of rules on termination

You can use this activity to determine the termination rules.

You have determined a termination variant, a termination group and a date type.

1. Select the desired termination variant
2. Click the "New Entry" button
3. Select the desired termination group
4. Enter the desired period
5. For "Coverage Continuation Period", enter the number of units in the Number field and in the Unit field you can choose a termination unit in days, weeks, months, quarters or years.
6. Leaving Date Override means that you can override the default leaving date by selecting the date type you require. It is possible that in your organization the leaving date is determined in a different way using a date type.
7. You can choose when the termination will take place:
1. As of Now--> immediate termination of the plan as soon as the notice period expires
2. Month--> termination takes place on a day to be specified of the month following the expiration of the notice period
3. Quarter --> termination takes place on a day to be specified of the quarter following the expiration of the notice period
4. Payment Period -→ termination takes place on a day to be specified of the payment period following the expiration of the notice period
5. Year-→ termination takes place on a day to be specified of the year following the expiration of the notice period
8. Save your entries
9. Repeat the above-mentioned activities for all termination variants and termination groups you have created.
