FBN_NL_BS_100 - Define Spending Group

Using this activity you can define a Spending Group and determine its description.

1. Determine which spending groups you want to define in your organization
2. Click the "New Entry" button
3. Enter a code consisting of 4 digits or letters with a description
4. Save your entries
5. Click the "Feature" button and set up the feature Grouping for Spending Variants ( NLFBB ), linking the employees to the correct spending group.
