FBN_NL_FR_015 - Total Overview Flexible Benefits Options

In this activity you can check whether the form for the general overview as supplied by SAP meets your organization' requirements.

1. You call the current form (HR_NL_FB_OVKEUZE) and check whether the layout meets the requirements of your organization.
2. If you want to modify the form, first make a copy of the current form:
1. In the initial screen of transaction SFP select the name of the standard SAP form (HR_NL_FB_OVKEUZE) in "Form".
2. Select Copy Icon (CTRL + F5)and in the "Copy to" field enter a name for for your customer-specific form. The first position of this name must contain a letter 'Y' or 'Z' to make sure your form is placed in the name range reserved for customer-specific changes.
3. Carry through the necessary modifications or create an entirely new layout. For the output the following structures are used, which you can also use for your own form. For PDF you can use interface HR_NL_FB_OVRVIEW_INTF.
