You can use this IMG activity to set up checks on combinations of sources and goals. This means that you can determine whether combinations of sources and goals are allowed. You can do so by creating records containing the allowed combinations of sources and goals and selecting the Combination Allowed field. In addition, you can determine the restrictions applying to this.

If you do not create a record for a combination of a source and a goal, employees cannot choose this combination.

In previous activities you have defined sources, goals and programs.

  1. Select the desired program
  2. Click the "New Entry" button
  3. Select the desired combination of source and goal an employee can choose
  4. Enter the desired period
  5. In "Details" you can specify whether or not you want to allow the combination and whether you want to impose restrictions on its use:
    1. Using Combination Allowed you can specify whether or not you want to allow a certain combination of source and goal.
    2. The Minimum Amount contains the minimum amount to be chosen for a particular combination of source and goal.
    3. The Minimum Number contains the minimum number to be chosen for a particular combination of source and goal, e.g. a minimum number of leave days or hours or a percentage of the income in case of the lifespan leave-saving plan.
    4. The Maximum Amount contains the maximum amount to be chosen for a particular combination of source and goal.
    5. The Maximum Number contains the maximum number to be chosen for a particular combination of source and goal, e.g. 5 days out of the total number of leave days.
  6. Save your entries.
  7. If you have defined more than one program, you must carry out the above-mentioned steps multiple times. In a program, you need to repeat this process from step 3 for each combination of source and goal.

You have defined a compensation for commuter traffic as a goal. As this spending may not decrease the pensionable salary and the normal SI wage, you only want to allow use of the bonus as a source for this goal. You can specify this by selecting the field Combination Allowed for this combination exclusively.
