FBN_NL_PL_70 - Create Plan Documentation

You can use this IMG activity to create plan documentation. You can do so by creating a general text object (TX). The technical name of this text object must have the following name format:

Z05FBN_BPLAN_XX_YYYY_ZZZZ

• XX stands for benefit area

• YYYY for the technical code of the benefit plan

• ZZZZ for the technical code of the goal variant

Instead of the 2-character code you can also assign " GEN". You can do this if the same documentation applies to all benefit areas or if you have created only one benefit area.

ZZZZ only applies if you have multiple variants for one goal plan and you want a different explanation for each variant. For example, Z05FBN_BPLAN_05_FPLN_GDKP is intended as documentation for the variant GDKP (GoeDKooP = inexpensive) of bicycle scheme FPLN in benefit area 05 and Z05FBN_BPLAN_GEN_VGLD as documentation for source VGLD (VakantieGeLD = vacation allowance).

You have created source and goal plans.

1. Determine the sources and goals for which you want to create user documentation
2. Choose document class 'General Text' (TX)
3. Choose the desired language
4. Enter the technical code for the document name
5. Click the Create button
6. Write the documentation for the benefit plan concerned or the benefit plan variant
7. Save your entries
