FCCX_V_BTTYPE - Define Closing Business Transaction Types

The catalog of closing business transaction types defines the set of semantically different task models. One closing business transaction type can be referenced in several task models, for example with different variant IDs. You can create closing business transaction types required for a complete closing process in the customer namespace.

For each business transaction type, assign one of the following task types along with the relevant information, such as the semantic object, program, or URL:

Task Type	Purpose	Columns to Be Filled
Job	Schedule automatic process steps.	Program; Job Template Name
Note	Process closing tasks manually by external means.	n/a
Web Application	Closing steps that are processed using external web services. A web application is any service or HTML page accessible via a URL. Parameters are not transferred to the web application.	URL

The closing business transaction type Foreign Currency Valuationcan be referenced in the following closing tasks:

• Foreign currency valuation of Open Item Managed G/L Accounts

• Foreign currency valuation of G/L Accounts Balances

• Foreign currency valuation of Accounts Receivable

• Foreign currency valuation of Accounts Payable
