FCLM_EOD_MEMO - Determine End-of-Day Memo Records

With this Customizing activity, you can set rules for determining end-of-day memo records that represent end-of-day bank statements. You can then reconcile these memo records with forecasted cash flows using the Reconcile Cash Flows - Memo Records app.

Assign at least one planning level or one statistics indicator that is relevant to end-of-day memo records. Otherwise, no end-of-day memo records can be determined and used in the Reconcile Cash Flows - Memo Records app.

The settings work as follows:

• If you assign only planning levels or statistics indicators, the system determines end-of-day memo records according to the defined planning levels or statistics indicators.

• If you specify both planning levels and statistics indicators, only memo records that have the defined planning levels and the defined statistics indicators at the same time are recognized as end-of-day memo records.

You have assigned planning levels AB and AG and statistics indicator Daily Bank Statemt, Not Yet Reconciled (By Means of RFFDIS47) in this activity.

As a result, the following memo records are recognized as end-of-day memo records:

• Memo records with the planning level AB and the statistics indicator Daily Bank Statemt, Not Yet Reconciled (By Means of RFFDIS47)

• Memo records with the planning level AG and the statistics indicator Daily Bank Statemt, Not Yet Reconciled (By Means of RFFDIS47)
